What's The Atmosphere Like?
Ski Slovenia and you will find a lot of families thanks to great prices and crowd-free slopes compared to France or Austria. So this may not be the place to come for a wild stag do but you will find friendly people, good food and small intimate resorts.
How Many Resorts Are There?
There are 50 small resorts in total but the main ones visited by skiers from the UK includes Kranjska Gora, Bohinji and Bled.
Who Is It Best For?
As well as family orientated, Slovenia is best for beginners and intermediates. It offers great value for money so is a good choice if you are on a tight budget. It also hosts a lot of competitions so is good if you enjoy also being a spectator.

Getting Here
The best thing to do is fly into Ljubljana, from here it is relatively easy to get to all the key ski resorts. The budget airline easyJet flies here.
