Where
Located on the North West side of Sweden, and the closest city to Tronheim, if you ski Klövsjö you are actually linked with Storhogna. The ski resort is also closely located and linked to the Vemdalen and Bjornrike resorts making it an epicentre of activity. It's owned by SkiStar who also own 7 other resorts in Sweden including Vemdalen. With access via Trondheim airport, transfer times are good.

On the slopes
With 52 slopes and 30 lifts at Klövsjö ski resort, this resort helps transport people throughout the slopes with ease and it's known as a premier sky resort in Sweden and is often preferred by most serious skiers. With an equal distribution of slope skill levels those who want a challenge will be met with plenty of expert trails on the bottom half of the slopes while peculiarly enough the family friendly beginner hills are on the top of the slopes.
The slopes stay sunny throughout the skiing season of October thru May but at the same time experience a decent amount of snowfall so that they stay well coated throughout any holiday at Klövsjö. As an added bonus Klövsjö ski resort is linked with the other two large resorts in Sweden, the Vemdalen and Bjornrike, so if you need more adventure your ski pass will get you admittance onto all of the slopes of these resorts as well.
Off the slopes
Outside of the slopes there are plenty of activities for those who want to get the full experience out of their trip to Klövsjö. For more outdoor activities you may consider looking into taking a dog sled tour, ice climbing, or taking a snowmobile safari. In the nearby villages you can find plenty of shops, grocery stores, and even a bowling hall if you want a family friendly change of pace for the evening.
The resort also has a spa with plenty of relaxing treatments if you want to unwind after a long day on the slopes. While out at the restaurants you will want to make sure to try out the local flavour and treat which is pizza. There are also plenty of après ski activities during the weekends with lots of bars, nightclubs, and live entertainment to keep your night going long after you leave the slopes.
