Optimum Snowsports

Based in Saas-Fee, Optimum snowsports was established in 2009 and is Saas Fee’s first and only British ski and snowboard school. With a small team of professional ski and snowboard instructors, they provide excellent ski and snowboard lessons to all ages and abilities. Being in Saas Fee in the Valais Canton in Switzerland, the high altitude provides some excellent conditions and terrain throughout the season.

Thanks to the altitude, Saas-fee ski schools offer year round lessons and instruction - with the Summer skiing and boarding being 3,600m up the 4,000m Allalinhorn mountain. Optimum Snow Sports lessons are designed with you in mind and whether you choose group lessons or a private instructor, we can offer you some superb tuition in this beautiful resort.

Ski

Optimum Snowsports offer a wide variety of ski lessons to suit everybody. Whether you're a complete beginner or seasoned skier, or wanting to learn more freestyle, we can help you build your confidence and get more from the mountain.

Snowboard

Thinking about whether to learn to snowboard? Or want to get some skills to help you in the park? Optimum offer superb lessons to help anyone get ahead.

Optimum Snowsports School offers skiing and snowboarding lessons for both children and adults in small groups. We have a maximum of 6 in any one group, meaning you get more time from the instructor to help with your technique, skills or just confidence. Of course we also offer private lessons for those that want them giving the advatange of being able to focus on particular skills or areas that the skier or boarder wants to focus on. There's a choice of :

Starter Lessons - (3 x 6 hours) for beginners

Performance Lessons - (4 x 3 hours) for those with experience wanting to improve

Technical Lessons (3 hours on Wednesdays) for those wanting to push their skills to the limit on bumps, carving or freestyle.


Finally, all our skiing, snowboarding and Children's Clubs pupils are carefully grouped according to experience with four ability levels from novice to advanced. So this winter, if you're coming to Saas Fee, then ensure you get some great tuition on the slopes.
