Granada, Spain

Granada is an amazing architectural jewel. The Romans settled here and then when the Arabs arrived they gave it its name that is still used today. Train and Bus Links

Granada bus station is right in the heart of Granada. During the ski season buses leave three times day and the journey is relatively short, only 45 minutes. A single ticket is also about 5 Euros.

Road

You can hire a car from Granada and simply drive. If you follow the sign for the Alhambra you will then be directed to the Sierra Nevada on the A395. Snow chains are not normally required.
