Future construction plans include the construction of terminal 2A to replace Terminals 1 and 2 and the redevelopment of Terminals 3 and 4.

For short stay parking there are Short Stay Car Parks next to each of the terminals and are recommended for stays of up to 5 hours. The Long Stay Car Parks are great if you are going away for a few days or more. There are 3 official on airport Long Stay Car Parks, these serve Terminals 1, 3, 4 and 5.
If you are looking for car parking even closer to the terminals you should consider the Heathrow Business Car Parks. These are closer to the terminals than any of the long stay car parks.
Heathrow Airport also offers a meet and greet option for Terminal 5 only and valet parking which is available at all terminals.
