How Can I Get There?

Birmingham International Airport can be found 8 miles east of Birmingham city centre located just off Junction 6 of the M42 via the A45. It is the UK's 5th largest airport and the second largest airport outside of London. Further expansion may be planned as the airport has expressed its desire to expand the runway and give the regions business and leisure customers more choice.

What Parking Is Offered?

Car parking here is wide and varied. Short and Medium Stay car parks can be found in the multistorey car parks which are only a 1 minute walk to the terminal building. For longer stay options there are two Long Stay car parks within a 5 -10 minute walk of the terminal building. A bus can also transport you to and from the terminal building.

In addition there is official valet parking on offer, whereby you will be greeted on arrival,your car will be parked for you and then returned to you when you arrive back from your trip. Whilst you are away your car will be kept in a secure under cover on-site car park.

Destinations from Birmingham airport include Paris, Gothenberg, Glasgow, Edinburgh, Munich and Amsterdam. Some of the airlines operating out of the airport include, Air France, Ryanair, Thomson, and Flybe.
