Ski Chalets in Finland
© Finland Tourism
There are around 35 ski areas in Finland with some of the best being located in Lapland. The resorts here include Levi, Ylas, and Pyha. The snow is guaranteed, it's a great place to learn to ski and above all it is a million miles away from some of the over commercialised resorts you find in Europe.
How To Find a Ski Chalet in Finland
Chalets here are often referred to as cabins or log cabins and many come with a catered option as well as non catered. In Levi, which is a purpose built ski and snowboard village, the cabins do come on a catered basis, however in Ylas you will struggle to find a catered chalet. Many of the cabins here however do offer you a half board catering option in a nearby hotel. To find a chalet/cabin use our search tool by entering your chosen resort and preferred date of travel. You will then see the chalets available and can compare and then book direct with the owners.
