Lyon is about 2 1/4 hours away, Grenoble 2 hours away.
The main thing to remember when transferring to St Martin de Belleville is that this resort is situated in the Three Valleys one of the most popular ski areas for Brits so in peak season the roads can get very clogged.
Taking the Train
The nearest train station to St Martin de Belleville is Moutiers which is about 20 minutes from the resort. It is possible to take the train but you will need to make a couple of changes. From London you would need to take the train to Paris Gare du Nord, then change to Gare Austerlitz, then the domestic TGV to Moutiers.
